  • A cup and a half of flour (wholewheat)
  • Quarter a cup of flour (gluten)

  • Dry yeast (single tablespoon)
  • Warm water (one cup)


Procedure

Mix yeast powder with water in a large bowl till the yeast gets dissolved.

Now add in apple cider vinegar, sugar and salt.

Gently mix soy and gluten flour and then proceed to add them to the water containing yeast.

Then do the same thing with the wheat flour.

  • T-bone stead without visible fat and bone (four ounces)


Procedure

Take the beef broth and mix it up with the onion powder, garlic, pepper, salt, teriyaki sauce and lemon juice to create a marinade.
